Brenda and Mark asked me to be their Kent Wedding Photographer after meeting me at the Brands Hatch Wedding Fair in February. Brenda and Mark particularly wanted a signing frame for their big day and so booked an engagement shoot from which to choose an image (you can read that blog here) . I really enjoy engagement shoots as they allow the couple and I to get to know each other that much better, and to get really comfortable with each other ahead of the big day. This pre-wedding shoot proved no different, and I think we were all excited for the wedding day on 28th June to roll around.

Brandshatch Place Hotel and Spa is a beautiful Kent wedding venue – a sophisticated Georgian mansion built in 1806 surrounded by beautiful countryside. The weather wasn’t particularly on our side all day, but kindly held off long enough for photos to be taken outside after the ceremony. Brenda and Mark’s families and friends certainly made up for the lack of sunshine with the warmth of their smiles and laughter – some of the photos of bridal prep with Brenda’s beautiful, cheeky granddaughters are some of my favourites to date.

It was my distinct pleasure to be able to provide the photography coverage of their special day along with my team – and I wish Brenda and Mark every happiness for the future!

I hope you enjoy the photos – Contact Me today if you would like to discuss  your own pre-wedding shoot or making your own wedding day come to life.
