Kent Wedding Photographer – An E Shoot with Sam & James at Eastwell Manor, Ashford
Sam & James first met Inna, my wife and I at The Wedding Fair at Bluewater in January 2015. Any of you that have met us at wedding fairs will know what a huge part of the business (and a massive support to me) Inna is – and this is as good a place as any to say publicly that I couldn’t do it without her! Back to Sam and James, we talked for a really long time about their wedding (with them doing the circuit of suppliers and coming back to talk to us again) and I was really thrilled when they contacted me to talk further about booking me to be their Kent Wedding Photographer. They were planning to tie the knot at the absolutely stunning Kent Wedding Venue, Eastwell Manor in Ashford, though hadn’t finalised details so couldn’t confirm a date with me. Once the venue was settled and the date finalised, the wedding photography fell into place.
Sam and James had a lot of ideas for their engagement shoot – Sam sent me a document with pinterest images that she liked the look of, and it was really brilliant to see how much of an interest they had taken in their wedding and engagement shoot images. Here were a couple that really valued their wedding photography and, while having ideas of their own, they were happy for me to explore my creativity!
Below are a number of images we shot together last week. Eastwell Manor with its extensive grounds and gardens are just a dream venue to work with and I cannot recommend them highly enough as a hotel destination or a wedding venue. Please feel free to leave me a comment at the bottom, or contact me to discuss your own engagement, or wedding shoot.
Enjoy!

[…] Photography was a very special element of Sam and James’s day, and it was fantastic to have windows of time carved out in their schedule for some couples portraits. We certainly made the most of them, in some instances revisiting spots where we had taken Engagement Photos last year (you can see the images from that fabulous shoot here: Kent Engagement Photographer).
