As a London Event Photographer, it has been my pleasure to work with Imperial College, part of the University of London and their MBA programme for the last 3 years running (since 2011). Imperial College ranks impressively among the top universities in the UK, and indeed among the universities of the world (an article in the Independent can be found here) and it seems that they don’t do ‘fun’ by halves either!
Being a London event photographer requires every bit as much skill, dedication and preparation as being a wedding photographer – the pressure of catching those fleeting moments under (sometimes) challenging lighting conditions is ever present and choosing a less experienced photographer is no less devastating.
As well as the reportage, journalistic photography, I also travel with studio lights and background allowing ‘photobooth’ style images with the flexibility to accommodate larger groups of people.
Venues for the MBA programme Ball have included Vinpolis, The Landmark Hotel, and 8 Northumberland Avenue. All are absolutely fantastic Central London Event Venues. This year the student body asked me to cover the event that they themselves organised at The Royal Garden Hotel, Kensington, a really fun ‘Gatsby’ themed event.
Here’s a selection of photographs from some of the Imperial Events I’ve had the pleasure of photographing.
I hope you enjoyed the photos – Contact Me today if you would like to discuss photography for your own event or if you would like to read more about why you should book me please read this: London Event Photographer and Photography.
